Sailing Ship in Oslo - HAL excursion - info?

Holland America offers a shore excursion called the Taste of Oslo that is a 3 hour sailing on a restored sailing vessal. Has anyone ever done this trip and have any thought about whether it is worthwhile? It sails around the Oslofjord and I wonder if we will have seen the area already sailing into Oslo or if the ferry would be a better (cheaper) alternative. We will be in Oslo on a Sunday in September so alot of the sights we would have seen will be closed as will the shops.
