Mercury Entertainment (& sushi ?)

Hi. My husband and I will be on the Mercury 9/12-24 through Alaska. Are there any performances in the Celebrity Theater that are a must see? For those that made the 12 day cruise through Alaska this past May, which nights are the formal and informal nights?
Also, are the sushi buffets each evening or just on certain evenings? On a previous thread I read through it sounded like they were each evening at 6:00 p.m. How long do they last?
Anything else on board that is a can't miss?

I found the answer to my sushi question. 6-10 p.m. each day. We love sushi so we don't want to miss it!
