Is it always this difficult to book excursions online?

I have been trying to book excursions and it keeps throwing me into an error mode. I have entered data that fits the height/weight restrictions and it keeps saying "this passenger doesn't meet height/weight..." but no one is designated.

I have also emailed twice with a question on an excursion and a couple days later I get a message saying the email didn't go through.

 

Does Royal Carribean have some techo problems????

why not book through independent operators? They're usually less crowded, 2/3 of the price, and overall more fun ... unless your paranoid of them having you miss the ship.

Maybe try calling them directly to book it??

I think they have been having some tech problems with the website - been mentioned on here several times. Every now and then I get a "that function is not currently available" or some such.

I had trouble too. I did take the advice of the board, found an independent in Jamaica (Phil) and for Coz, I'll wait to book on the ship.
