Good for you!! :) This looks like a good location to me. You will have cabins above you so no need to worry about noise from a public space up there and you are above the shops/lounge. This cabin is near the elevators yet forward of the last bank of elevators. Personally, I prefer to be fwd or aft of the last bank of elevators as I think it reduces hallway traffic. ENJOY!!! :D

marieinsouthfla Posted September 21, 2006 #4 Share Posted September 21, 2006 We were in 6286, just down the hall last year, and loved it. Had a fabulous cabin steward -- Nelson, from the Phillippines. He took very good care of us! Looks like you are above a quite area......we were above the sports bar. Generally, not a problem, but one night during a big game that went into OT, it was quite loud. enjoy!
volfan22701 Posted September 21, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted September 21, 2006 for the answers and opinions. i thought it looked good. one deck down to a lot of the action. we will be out late at night, and noise from below most likely would have never bothered us anyway. any more info on the Victory from past cruisers would be appreciated also. doug

jenjens1023 Posted September 22, 2006 #10 Share Posted September 22, 2006 It's on a ship. That makes it a good cabin--no matter where it is!
