Zenith/Panama Canal Excursion Advice Please

Hello!

 

We are considering shore excursions for the Zenith December 29th sailing that visits Colon Panama. I would appreciate any advice about shore excursions there, and also at our stop in Honduras.

 

Has anyone done the eco cruise on the Chagres River? (I may have that name wrong, but if I go open the Celebrity website right now to check it, my computer will freeze!)
