Spa/Fitness Center Pricing and Info on Rhapsody of the Seas

We will depart in October and would like more information on the spa and fitness centers. We have a competition with a group going with us - weight loss - winner gets a spa treatment. I am determined to win but would love to know more info before I go...it will also give me incentive to reach my weight loss goal!

 

Any recommendations?

 

Also, I read that some of the fitness classes are free while others you pay $10 a class or $69 for the week. Does anyone know about that?
