Cruise Personalizer ?

At one point on the cruise personalizer I was able to request a robe. Now I can't get back to that screen. Also, it says we want twin beds where do I tell it I want the beds together. Thanks

No matter what you put on the cruise personalizer, it probably won't be there when you arrive. Just ask you cabin steward for whatever you need. As for the beds, have your TA or Princess request your bed preference - but again, if they are apart when you arrive, just ask the steward to put them together, or vice versa.

for bed configuration, your TA has to make the change, or Princess (if you booked thru them)..no big deal, since when you arrive at your cabin, our Steward will introduce themselves and you can ask them to make the change....and you can ask him/her for the robes

Croozin, the robe request is the first thing on the "Cruise Preferences" page in the cuise personalizer.

 

I have to agree that whatever you put in for robe and bed configuration does not guarantee you will have it when you get to your cabin. But your steward can take care of it, if you ask him/her.

I called the 800 number on the bottom of the personalizer screen and they changed in right away. :)
