gammaf Posted July 13, 2004 #1 Share Posted July 13, 2004 Would like to know opinions on whether an SS suite is worth getting over a regular balcony cabin and what comes with the SS suite. We have stayed in the regular balcony cabin on the Zuiderdam, but would like to know the difference in the two. Any input would be greatly appreciated!! KAKcruiser Posted July 14, 2004 #2 Share Posted July 14, 2004 If you can afford it, I would definitely go with the SS. The room is much bigger -- almost twice as big. The balcony is almost twice as big, also. The layout is much nicer. You don't get any suite amenities but the room itself is worth it.
joerey Posted July 14, 2004 #3 Share Posted July 14, 2004 We stayed in an ss cabin last september and loved it and the Zuiderdam. In fact we are going again this september and got a great deal on an s suite. It is a wonderful ship. I have listened to many people complain about it but I could not find anything wrong when I was aboard. We also had BamBang as our steward, you will be lucky if you get him
