Bahamas in December

Hello everyone -

I have been checking average temperatures and such for Nassau/Coco Cay in December and it looks like it should be in the 70's... This is making it hard for me to think about what to pack. Its not hot, swimsuit and shorts weather, but its not cold by any stretch of the imagination. For the seasoned cruisers out there, what should I wear?! Too hot for jeans, too chilly for shorts/skirts and t-shirts? What about on the ship? Should I expect it to be "over-airconditioned".

Any suggestions or experiences would help! Thanks!
