Her name is Heidi, she seemed pleasant, wanted to be helpful, but was sometimes as confused as passengers when the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing.

Sorry but I do not know, I think American. She prepared a list of CC events which was in my cabin when boarding, and sent round several "invitations" to be sure I remembered the events during the cruise. Any miss haps were not of her making but due to other depts changing the time on her etc.
