calteacher Posted July 14, 2004 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2004 We booked this cruise in September 2003. I've been checking the HA page to see if the prices will go down now that the final payment date has come. I find that this particular cruise is the only October one of Montreal-Boston-Montreal that is sold out. Does anyone know if a large group has purchased a bulk of the cabins? Or is this just a poplular time to travel? Our last cruise had a very large group (a "prize"? for selling jewelry) on board. They did not bother us, but it was rather disconcerting to discover places on the ship which were "off limits" to the regular passengers because of special events, etc. which were just for this group. Thanks.
Krazy Kruizers Posted July 14, 2004 #2 Share Posted July 14, 2004 :) Maybe you can e-mail HAL and ask if there are going to be any special large groups on board your particular cruise. Know what you mean by groups & certain areas closed down. That has happened to us on a few cruises where we couldn't use a certain lounge, etc., because of cocktail parties and/or meetings. :)
