Question about San Diego Web Cam

I have been watching (with fascination) the San Diego web cam of the Oosterdam. Does anyone know the time lapse between photos? It doesn't seem like anything is happening. I've seen a few people and one bus but that's it.

I don't know what the time lapse is, but I frequently push the refresh button and the picture always has changed after that.

You need to hit refresh button---I believe it doesn't automatically refresh.

At the top of the page is "Control Camera" that lets you zoom in and out. If youwant to see live pics that self-refresh just hit the "Just watch" option. If you have dial up connection it is slow but continually refreshes with high speed.
