Constellation 7139, Can elevator riders see onto balcony?

Any pictures or detailed description of this stateroom? Has anyone stayed in this cabin? Is it a good location? It seems to be right near the elevator and stairs, does it get alot of noise and can people on elevator see onto your balcony?
