How DO I Get to Galveston Port?

My wife and I hae booked a cruise on the Norweign Dream out of Galveston. I wonder if anone could tell me how to (is it difficult) getting to port? Also, is auto parking nearby? Thanks in advance. John

The Dream does not sail out of Galveston. It sails out of the Port of Houston.

Your "Port" is located in LaPorte Texas, on the upper north end of Galveston Bay. The web link provided by grateful guy contains all the info.

Word of caution, when driving on the road that leads to the terminal, go slow. It is in terrrible shape.
