Adjoining cabins - Explorer

I just booked 9376 and the adjoining cabin 9381, I just read that because those are adjoining there is no sofa in 9381 just a chair, I am assuming it would be the same for 9381. how did people feel not having the sofa, I know that I like having one just to relax and hang out. Do all adjoinings have a chair instead of a sofa, or just those 2 cabins? I would love to get any feedback.

I Wasn't In These Two Particular Cabins But I Was In Connecting Cabins And We Did Have A Loveseat In Our Cabin. The Connecting Door Is Quite Samall And Didn't Seem Like It Took The Space Of Anything That Was "supposed" To Be There. Hope This Helps!

I think it depends on the class of ship and size of room, when I was on Explorer in a adjoining balcony it had a chair. We are booked in an adjoining OV next month and it also only has a chair.

I was just on AOS in adjoing oceanview cabins and both cabins had chairs instead of loveseat. We used it for clothes and bags. We were only in our rooms to get dress and sleep so it didn't matter to us.

Thanks this is very helpful, I mentioned the chair/love seat issue to DH, his answer, I don't care as long as the kids have their own room......

and we will have a balcony which will be new to us.
