Century - Tapas Question

I'm going on the Century at the end of December for the New Year's Cruise. I've been reading many of the available online reviews of the Century. However, there is one area I just cannot find information about.

 

I have read since the renovations, that there is a Tapas area near the Sunset Bar.......does anyone know what time this area is open and exactly what they serve? I would like to try it at least once on my cruise!

Because the article I read stated that Sunset Bar was a great place for a before dinner drink and tapas, I would assume from about 5 to 8, minimum.

Hi, We just returned from Century this monday, have not seen a tapas bar.....

You do have tea time with little snacks from 4 to 5 pm every day, maybe that is what they meant!

Sushi every day from 5 to 10 pm!
