Upgrading OV to D1

Last week we upgraded our cabin from OV to D1 after we received our docs. TA said we wouldn't get new docs to just tell the porter at the terminal we upgraded and he will give us new luggage tags. Will it really be this easy? We've never upgraded before. Any suggestions or ideas for a smooth boarding would be helpful!

Thats all it takes-- do not give your luggage to a porter til they verify your cabin #-- ask himn for updated color tags.. (have stickers ready with information-slap them on and you are ready to go.
