Jimsgirl Posted October 19, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 19, 2006 I am "anxiously" waiting for my flight schedules and paperwork for my Summit December cruise, so when an neighbour told me at the mail box that she had jist received her docs for her Dec cruise on HAL, I said very enviously "Lucky you" About 30 mins later she phoned me to say she had spent almost all that time on the phone, to her TA and through her with HAL. The envelope addressed to her contained another passengers paperwork! It transpired that she "A" had received "B"s paperwork and tht "B" had received "C's paperwork. and "C" had received my neighbours paperwork! Different TA's and different states. Now she has to return the paperwork to her TA so it can be overnighted to "B", who will do the same thing to send to "C" who will do same thing so that finally my neighbour will get her paperwork ! TWELVEOHONE Posted October 19, 2006 #3 Share Posted October 19, 2006 It's NOT unusual for cruise lines to send out wrong docs to different TA's. What is wrong is the TA sending out the wrong docs.
