Shuttle transport info?

Hi all...We are cruising out of Miami, staying in South Beach the night before and since there are a bunch of us, we are getting a shuttle service. Has anyone ever used Miami-shuttle (not Port of Miami)? I have checked into a couple of services and some of them are not too reliable from what I've been reading. Any help would be appreciated....thanks!

Have you thought about renting a car? $30-$50 a day and it gives you plenty of flexibility. Most car rental agencies have free shuttles to the port. Would check with hotel to make sure they have free parking though.
