what are the complimentary beverages on Crown Princess?

We are going on Crown Princess in August 2007 and I am unclear about some of the posts that I have read about non-alcoholic drinks at mealtimes. Some post imply only water is available free at meals...no juice, lemonade, iced tea...

Is this correct? How about between meals, at the buffet/cafe areas?
