I'm jumping ship from Celebrity to RCCL...

I am making my first ever post on the RCCL boards and DH and I are taking our first RCCL cruise next year to Bermuda. I wondered if you kind folks could tell me a little about cabins 1688 and 1392 on Explorer? Are you able to make reservations at Portofino's ahead of the cruise (like the speciality restaurants on Celebrity...if you are a Capt. Club member)? Thanks a bunch

I just took the 5 day to Bermuda on the Explorer and it was wonderful.

You can't make reservations until you board, but I would suggest making it a top priority as soon as you get on as our tablemates were not able to get reservations.

I don't know about your specific rooms but we had a hump room E2 8328 and it was fine with lots of storage. Here are some pictures if you want to look at the ship. If you have any specific questions please ask!!
