Martinique - Calypso Party Boat?

Arriving on the 'Sun Princess' on Sunday, Feb 3rd, our small group is looking for a 'water based' excursion. I've found 'bits & pieces' of info regarding a 'Calypso Party Boat' - 3 hour excursion to a nearby beach. Can anyone on CC provide more information on this excursion? I'm finding it somewhat difficult to research independent tour operators in Martinique....Thanks Much

Check that date you will be in Martinique Sunday Feb 4th . I wouldn't want you to book somthing for the wrong day.:D

Yep, according to my 2007 Calendar, February 4th is on a Sunday. From the looks of things, the 'Calypso Cruise' isn't afloat any longer. Back to square one!:(

We are on the Sun Princess 12/6/06 (Wednesday) and haven't made any plans:eek: ! The good part is that we are the only ship in port according to cruisecal. The bad part is that I've heard that Martinique isn't particularly tourist-friendly. We are in port from 7am to 3 pm, and it will be our 4th port in 4 days with the first 3 being active excursions. We may just sleep late, have a leisurely breakfast, then walk around ~ but if there is something that should not be missed in Martinique, please, somebody tell me about it!! :) :)
