Glory Veranda Balcony under Deli--Noisy?

We have our first balcony cabins booked on the Glory in the spring of 07. 8382 and 8380 seem to be right under the Deli part of the Lido deck.

 

I have a couple of questions: How noisy would that area be, and can someone from the deck above look down on us (or any other balcony cabins for that matter)? I've been told by the TA that this shouldn't be a problem. I would guess every balcony would have some noise with the people above, but I just want to make sure I won't regret my cabin choice. We have to have a double & a triple together so there aren't as many options as there might be.

 

Also, are all the balconies able to have the divider removed?

 

Hope this doesn't seem too petty . . . I'm grateful this is all I have to worry about! I've never been out on one of the balconies and I just can't seem to get a feel for how it will be. Any descriptions or photos would be welcomed!
