Galveston Excursion

We are sailing on the Grand Princess on 13 Jan '07 and we are wondering

if anyone has ever taken the Space center excursion at the end of the

cruise. Was it worth it? What time did you get dropped off at the airport?

 

At first glance it seems like a good way to spend some time and get to the airport(IAH) if you have a late flight. Thanks
