Puerto Montt

Hi, hope someone can help. my husband and i (mid 40/50's) are on the rotterdam 11/20 sailing, yippee!! we have 2 choices for puerto montt, the river rafting (class 3 adventure) or the canopy adventure, both offered by HAL, does anyone have any experience with either, opinions on each, both good or not so good? please help....Heather

Have not yet been to SA but will be in January. However, we have done a canopy tour in Honduras and loved it. It is not too strenuous but very exciting. I
