What was the trio desert in the supper club on Carnival called?

Hey all,

 

Hello! I have a question. What was the "chocolate trio" desert in Nick and Nora's called? Loved it and only remember that one part was Tirimisu and one was Chocolate Decadence cake...can't remember what the 3rd part was or what the name of the trio was.

 

Is there anyone that can help?

 

Also, anyone have a copy of the recent supper club menu for the Spirit??

 

We will be on the Spirit next April sailing from Hawaii to Vancouver and we were wondering what the menus were for the 12 day sailing and what will be the menu in the supper club.

Sorry, I don't have the name on the tip of my tongue, but I wish I had some of that dessert. I believe the other part of that was a dark chocolate mousse! I remember it came in a glass...
