HMC or Grand Turk excursion?

I was wondering which excursion to take at Grand Turk..

 

Mom and I want to do the horseback riding and it is offered at both HMC and GT. Can anyone tell me which is the better of the two?

Also, want to swim with the rays--is the "Reef and Rays" adventure on Grand Turk better than the swimming one at HMC?

 

Thank you in advance!! With limited time and duplicate excursions, I don't want to wish I had done the other one!

I have also posted this thread on the "Carnival" board (but I know it will soon be moved from there.......).
