Suggestions for Dive Operator in Barbados?

Anyone have an outsider operator that you booked with and enjoyed. I try to stay away from booking with the cruise ship.

When we were in Barbados back in June, we used The Dive Shop LTD - they were wonderful! Did a wreck dive which was awesome. Here is their site:

I expressed concern that I would miss the ship so we did our dives early and were back in time to shop in Barbados. They picked us up at the cruise terminal and took us back.

 

If you use them make sure you understand where to meet at. They pick you up outside the cruise terminal. Thing is, you think your outside the terminal but you have to walk outside of where the officials in the booth are. Can be confusing.

We have used Tiami every visit to Barbados. Never had a bad dive/snorkel and had some excellent lunches on board the cat.

Did you do morning dives or an afternoon one? We want to book the afternoon dive because we have stuff planned in the morning. Do you know if they take out snorkelers and divers on the same boat in the afternoon?

 

Also, do you know the prices? I don't see them on the website.

We did the morning dives. I cannot remember the exact price but I thought it was reasonable. If you send an email to the address on the website with your questions, Haroon will write you back very quickly with the answers.

We are going for new years on the sun princess. decided to book w/ rogers scuba shack @ the boatyard. our friends are dancers on carnival ships & always brag about the boatyard.
