Have a question or 2 concerning back-to-back cruise procedures...

What is the procedure when arriving back from the first cruise and continuing on to the second cruise...thanks for any and all assistance with this

I have never done a B2B - but from other postings I have learned that you must close out the S&S account from the first cruise and start one for the 2nd cruise. It has something to do with the accounting and billing done by Carnival.

I have heard conflicting stories about staying on board - or having to disembark before the 2nd cruise. But I'm sure that some of those that have actually done it will come through and share their experiences.

Good luck.....some day I hope to have the time (and money) to be able to enjoy a B2B.

We will being doing a back2back as well on the Carnival Glory in January. This is what I have been told. Like the one poster had stated after you get back from the first cruise, all those doing the next cruise will be taken off the ship into a seperate room. No need to touch your luggage at all, just updating your account for the following cruise with your sign and sail card. If you do not have the same room your room stuart will move your luggage. We asked for the same room so we will not have to pack and unpack twice. I guess the entire procedure takes about a half hour then you are allowed back onto the ship.

Have fun on your cruise...we cant wait!:)

The pursers desk will give you all the info you will need.. I think we met in the library and was escorted off ship to get new sign and sail cards. Then back on and get new picture made..was off ship about 15 minutes..then we went and washed clothes...It was wierd, no one on ship except you and crew....have fun -we did...It was very relaxing the second week because we had already seen all the shows....Dennis
