Sheraton Miami Mart - Day rate

I reserved a post-cruise day rate at the Sheraton Miami Mart near the aiport for $89 (+tax), which gives us the room from 9:00AM-5:00PM. We arrrive at Port 8:00AM and our flight departs Miami 6:45PM, so this should work out perfectly. The hotel looks nice on the web-site, and I checked trip advisor too. Anyone here have experience with this hotel? My original plan was to rent a car for the day, but I really don't want to tour (been to Miami tons of times) and want to be able to relax.

I have never stayed at this hotel but have been to the mart. The mart is a very busy place Monday to Friday...if your day is a Saturday or Sunday it should be quieter. There arent any restaurants in walking distance, but I am sure the restaurant has some.
