cancel/change name question for this saturday

My parents and i are booked on this saturdays sailing on the zuiderdam. my parents just found out they can not go. They have insurance. Does anyone know if it's possible if we can switch the tickets into the name of my sister and her son?

Anything is possible but the longer you wait, the harder it will be to make the change. I'd get off the computer and immediately get on the phone to your TA, or HAL if you booked directly with them, and see if they can make it happen. :)
