The NCL MBNA MASTERCARD & the NCL BANK OF AMERICA MASTERCARD...???

I just went to apply for another NCL MBNA Mastercard and to my surprise,

 

the NCL Credit Card application is now for a Bank of America Master Card.:rolleyes:

 

WHEN did this happen...???

 

WHY...???

 

It seems to offer the same thing....

 

I didn't read closely, but, will I be able to get the $500.00 vouchers...???

 

Will our MBNA cards be phased out and switched to a Bank of America card....???

It happened about a month ago. The new website is difficult to register on. I had to call for assistance. The old website used to show your points on each monthly statement, but the new site doesn't. The statement in the mail does show the points. I just used a 1,000 points for our Feb cruise coming up. It is so much fun.

Bank of America bought out MBNA, so everything will statements and documents will all come from Bank of America now. No problem getting the reward vouchers.

If you click on my statements, then view and print, it will show the same exact statement which was sent to you including your point balance. Be sure to look under statements and not activity. We already have 1366 points accumulated again and we haven't even taken our January Pearl cruise which is paid in full with previous compass points. Life is good.:D

I'm especially happy that my rate maintained at 7.9%, and I redeemed a $500.00 coupon for my Pearl cruise in April!:D

I have noticed 2 things about BofA:

1. Web site is much more complex, they want to sell you on BofA internet banking.

 

2. The grace period has shrunk again (about 4 days this time).

I was sorry when B of A bought them out. I never was a fan of Bank of America, dating back to 20 years ago when they had HORRIBLE customer service. Maybe they've changed; time will tell.

i am worried about B of A. Why isn't the NCL card on their site? You have to search for it. I wonder if they are going to phase it out!
