Hotel Constanza, Barcelona

I just came across this hotel on Trip Advisor. It has great reviews. Has anyone stayed here and what is the location?

Good location. It's about 3 blocks from Plaza de Catalunya which is a good location wiht the Ramblas to the south and lots of wodnerful architicture to the North. Easy access to public transportation (including the metro and bus to/from the airport),

 

I have not stayed there... I did see the lobby when meeting a friend who was staying there. Decor is modern minimalist -- a popular design approach in Barcelona.
