Transportation from Fort Lauderdale?

We are flying into Fort Lauderdale very early Nov. 6th leaving on the Jewel on the 7th. We were going to rent a car in drive down, but found out we are unable to use our points and drop the car in Miami.

Does anyone have suggestions for transportaion from Ft.Lauderdale to Miami where we would pick up the car?

When you arrive at the airport, collect your luggage and go outside the baggage claim area, lower level, curbside, contact one of the starters (customer services reps.) wearing a white shirt with "AIRPORT EXPRESS" in red on the back of the shirt and an emblem on the sleeve and over the breast pocket. Let the starter know what service you are interested in and he/she will assist you.

I am renting from Dollar at FLL and dropping of at Miami airport and then they will drop me at the port. FOr four adults that was the cheaper option.
