What's the word on Pelican Adventures?

My wife and I are looking to book an afternoon sail and snorkel while at Port. Our ship does not arrive until 11AM. RedSail does not offer an afternoon sail and snorkel on the day we are there so I have been searching for other charters. Is there anyone who has experienced Pelican Adventures and would like to comment on it? They appear to be what we are looking for.....not a huge boat with lots of people. Also, if there are other recommendations out there please advise.
