Cab Or Limo...Miami to Fort Lauderdale

What is the cheapest and easiest way to get to Fort Lauderdale from Miami. We get off the jet at 9:30pm. If we take a cab dose anyone know the price or should I have a limo waiting for us at the Miami airport...if so dose anyone know what that would cost and have any limo phone numbers or links to reserve one. We will be going to the Embassy Suites on 17th St.

You might want to do a search on this forum as it was a topic in the last week or so and there were several good answers.

 

We use Airport Connection whenever possible as the service is great. I believe their affiliate down there is Tri-County Limo. We used that last year and will be using it again in February, but in reverse- to get from Ft Lauderdale to Miami. You might want to check it from Miami but they have so many vehicles you do not need to reserve unless you want to.

 

If you have time and there are just 2 of you the shared van is the cheapest. But it makes frequent stops. If there are several of you it is just as cheap to get a private sedan.

I just made the reservation online for a sedan for 2 people and paid for it. They even took the tip so one less thing to think about. I like to have everything planned in advance. It makes for a more relaxing vacation. We will be cruising in February as well. Have a wonderful cruise and thanks again.
