Hi,

First post here. I have searched here and not found any info on the ship Kristina Regina.

http://www.kristinacruises.com/laivat.php?shipname=regina&pagename=esittely&lang=en

I am interested in a cruise :

Iceland, Faroe Islands, Shetland Islands & Scandinavia July 3rd, 2007

and I have not found any independent reviews of Kristina Cruises or the ship. Any ideas?

Thanks

My wife and I sailed on the Kristina Regina 6-2-2001 from Helsinki to St. Petersburg on a 3 night tour. We had cabin 401 on 4 deck. With the ship being older, all the cabins have an unusual configuration. We had port hole with twin beds. Slept soundly, so the beds must have been ok. The size of ship let us dock close to down town St. Petersburg. Every one on the ship took morn, afternoon, and night tours, so very little time on board. Meals and sleep. One piano bar for entertainment, but only a few passengers attended. Many retired Educators. Meals were buffet. Limited selection. Just adequate. Friendly staff and superior tour directors. Fantastic city. Went Visa free since all tours were strictly contained.
