I'll just add one thing: In Rhodes, try to go see the Palace of the Grand Masters - it's chocked full of history. However, Rhodes is also one place I can just wander around in and be quite happy. Also, do take the excursion to Ephesus when you're in Kusadasi - it's amazing to say the least. Far, far more interesting than Kusadasi :)
