Best Beach for Little Kids

Hi, we'll be in Barbados for the first time in February. My husband and I will have our 2 daughters, ages 6 and 4 yo with us. We want to have a nice beach day. I've been reading about Accra/Rockley and Paynes Bay. Which do you think would be better for my kids? Thanks for any suggestions.

Boat yard might be the the better bet. Accra could have some waves that might not suite a 4 yr old and paynes bay is further than boat yard from the pier in the opposite direction. Boat yard will have food drinks beach chairs and umbrellas and showers available, very calm water and 10mins from the pier. you will be able to see your ship in the harbour from the boat yard beach.

I looked at the Boatyard, but thought the price was a little high for what you get, especially since they don't have a discount for the kids. Would prefer to go to one of the public beaches. Thanks anyway.
