Cheapest shuttle for one person to Port Canaveral

My son's friend wants to sign up for the Glory cruise leaving 1/13 with us, and his airline ticket to Melbourne (with us) is almost triple the cost of a flight into Orlando. (We booked a long time ago with frequent flier miles). I am trying to budget a flight into Orlando, shuttle to Cocoa Beach the day before the cruise to hook up with us. He can Carnival shuttle back at the end of the cruise BUT I am trying to find a shuttle for 1/12 out of Orlando. He is under 25 so can rent a car for a minimum of $75. Please let me know of any one way shuttles available for no more than $50. His plane would arrive mid afternoon on 1-12. Thanks :)

Not a good at all is it? I work here but dont make that trip. I called a few places and could not come up with anything better, sorry.
