Mainsail Suites Tampa--any info?

We are sailing out of Tampa over the New Years' weekend so hotel prices are fairly high. Since there are five of us traveling we would need a suite. I found the Mainsail Suites on Expedia at an extremely reasonable rate for a two bedroom, two bath unit. Has anyone stayed there previously? The reviews that I've found have been overwhelmingly positive so I went ahead and booked, just looking for a good ol' CC opinion, LOL.
