Canal in Aruba

My sister remembers some kind of canal that goes thru Oranjestad and offers rides. Does anyone know if it exists and if so, what is the name of it?

This is the waterway which the Renaissance Resort's boats take their guests to and from their private island. One of the pickup/dropoff areas, is inside the lobby of the Marina tower of the resort. As far as I am aware you have to be a guest of the hotel or have purchased a day pass inorder to be able to "ride" the boats.
