MIA to Hotel / Hotel to Port

What is the best method of transport?

We are arriving in MIA and going to Collins ave (South beach) for the night

Then we need to get from our Hotel to the port the next morning.

 

There are approx 10 of us.

 

I am getting passenger van rates of about $145-170 for transport from Airport to the hotel. Any ideas?
