Usual tip amount for Galveston Limo shuttle transportation

We booked the Galveston Limo shuttle to get us from Hobby airport to the port. My question is, what is the usual amount to tip the driver? Is it the same as porters ($1 or $2 per bag) or a percentage of your total? It is $30 one-way, so $5 would be about a 15% tip.
