Best place to dive

I would like to know the best place to dive out of the four: Costa Maya, Cozumel, Montego Bay, or Ocho Rios?

Dive in Cozumel. No debate.

Cozumel definitely and Costa Maya since it has part of the second longest barrier reef in the world. It goes from Cancun in north to Bay Islands, Honduras in south. Jamaica diving is so-so particularly at these two locations since they are wet locations with many rivers flowing into ocean resulting in poor visability.

Costa Maya second.

 

Anywhere in Jamaica that you could get to from a cruise ship, dead last.

Cozumel, hands down. Wouldn't even consider diving in Jamaica.

I'd go one farther, I won't even consider a cruise that stops there. There are just too many other islands I would like to visit.
