Need another pound lost to get to my pre-Thanksgiving weight. I still think the scale is EVIL. LOL So, how did everyone else do? Tonight starts the season of holiday dinners/parties. Tonight is a charity dinner for our non-profit agency at a local country club. I need to survive 7 holiday events through Dec. Maybe it took Thanksgiving weekend a little while to catch up with me. Winter is so much harder to watch the weight and holiday time doesn't help. I hope everyone does well next week.
