I lost 1.5 lbs this week. Need another pound lost to get to my pre-Thanksgiving weight. I still think the scale is EVIL. LOL

 

So, how did everyone else do?

Hi everyone!

 

Sheila - 1.5 is a good loss this time of year.

 

I stayed the same this week, but I'm happy with that. Tonight starts the season of holiday dinners/parties. Tonight is a charity dinner for our non-profit agency at a local country club. I need to survive 7 holiday events through Dec.

I did, hmmm, not too well. I'm up 3 lbs. I lost 2 last week. Maybe it took Thanksgiving weekend a little while to catch up with me.

 

Winter is so much harder to watch the weight and holiday time doesn't help.

 

I hope everyone does well next week.

I'm down one more lb to 127- I broke my 128/129 barrier!

 

Our cruise is in 2 weeks. I'm not worried about gaining, though. I eat whatever I want now and just burn it right up overnight. I guess my metabolism is back to good.

I was a little scared as my weight fluctuated this week after the 3 pound loss.

The scales were good to me this morning with 1 more down. Hope I can continue at this pace....time will tell. Peg
