JanNSteH Posted December 10, 2006 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2006 I've read that for a fee, you can parasail at 7 mile beach. Has anyone done this and do you know the price?
cancruise Posted December 13, 2006 #2 Share Posted December 13, 2006 We have used Parasailing Professionals and they are great just give them a call and set up a time, but reserve them ahead of time because they can be quite busy when 6 or more ships are in port. Here is their phone number 1-345 916 -2953 and ask for Gareth and mention the activity guide and they will give you a discount. The activity guide is a local guide book where there are lots of discounts. Here are a few question & answers often asked about them. When I get off the cruise ship, where do I go? I recommend Parasailing Professionals and if you mention Activity Guide and book direct they will give you the best price. You can call them at 1-345-916-2953 Call again to confirm when you arrive, there are pay phones near the cruise dock. They will tell you where they are flying and how to get there. It's usually about a 15 minute walk from the dock. Approx. how much does it cost? Single US$65 Double US$110 How long is the ride? 10 minutes minimum air time - About 1/2 hr total with the shuttle in and out from the beach. Are there age limitations? No, but there are weight considerations. For instance, two large people would not be able to ride together. Discounts for groups? Discounts/coupons available? 5 or more 10% discount 10 or more 20% discount Can two people para-sail at the same time? Yes
