We will be traveling on Jewel of the SEas in July and I am looking for information on transfer from London to the port. We plan to arrive a couple days early to see London and am wondering if anyone has taken the train or can you recommend a limo service. There will be 5 of us. thanks. joan

In 2006 the "cruise train" departed Liverpool Street Station around noon and the tthe trip takes about one hour and fifteen minutes. The cost in 2006 was just over 21 pounds per person. This link should lead you to the 2006 info: http://www.harwich.co.uk/News.htm . The train stops right at the port.

We used this service in 2003 from Harwich to London and it was super.

Also, if you go go back a few pages (to the July messages) you will find a thread that discusses this further.
