POAm Xmas Day?

I'd love to hear how Christmas is celebrated onboard. We're also trying to figure out which excursions are available that day in Maui. I called the NCL number and they were incredibly UNhelpful (after spending 30 mins on hold). Rep told me that they "don't have access to the Shorex inventory" and that I would just have to keep trying to book excursions and wait up to 72 hours to be notified that they are unavailable -- even excursions like Trilogy which are not even scheduled for that day.

I'm in the same predicament, Jane. We signed up for the Luai, but don't even know if they do that on Christmas Day. Anybody out there who can help us???

Still needing help - anybody? We are rookie cruisers, and this is our first holiday away from home. Would really appreciate some sage advice here.... Thank you!:o
